Hotel Information

Remember you need to make your own hotel reservations. Simply click on the link labeled Hotel Information on the left-hand side of this registration form or call 1-800-835-6206 and mention Demand Solutions to receive the negotiated conference rates. Hotel rooms booked after August 22, 2008 are based on availability, so make your reservation early.

Cancellation/Substitution Policy

There is a $250 administrative service fee for all cancelled registrations. Cancellations must be in writing prior to September 26, 2008. There are no refunds for no-shows and we cannot take phone cancellations. Substitutions must be received by September 23, 2008 but there is no additional fee.
